I’m Andy, the founder and Managing Director of Llane Logistics. With over three decades in the transport industry, I became a qualified transport manager in 1992, building my expertise in full-load transportation and successfully managing a pallet network depot before establishing Llane Logistics in 2011. Since then, I’ve focused on building a company dedicated to exceptional service and strong partnerships with our clients.
When I’m not letting Tristan claim victory at badminton, I spend my time with my four adult children and following the Formula 1.

I’m Ethan, the Transport Manager and founder of Llane Logistics’ Ashby De La Zouch branch. With nearly a decade of experience in the transport industry across several companies, I’m dedicated to ensuring our services meet our customers’ needs.
My role covers everything from planning and pricing to account management, allowing me to build strong client relationships and deliver results.
Known for being loud and outspoken, I’m always ready to communicate and tackle challenges head-on. Outside of work, I spend my time climbing mountains, visiting the pub, and relaxing with my two dogs.

I’m Phill, the Transport Manager at our Donisthorpe office. With over 30 years in the transport industry many of which was working for a well know biscuit manufacturer, organising deliveries to customers and keeping the factories supplied. I joined Llane Logistics in 2013 just after my 40th birthday, I’m dedicated to delivering outstanding service for our customers.
Outside of work, I stay active with running and cycling, I also enjoy DIY and gardening.

I’m David, the Transport Co-Ordinator at Llane Logistics’ Donisthorpe office. Before joining the transport industry, I served in the military, where I developed a wide range of skills that I now apply to ensure efficient daily operations. Working alongside Phil, my focus is on overseeing logistics and making sure our customers receive the best possible service.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching rugby and darts, and occasionally stepping into the ring for charity boxing events sponsored by Llane.

I’m Tristan, the youngest member of the team here at Llane Logistics, where I work as an Accounts Administrator. I joined Llane in the summer of 2024, and my role involves managing our financial responsibilities to both suppliers and customers keeping everything running smoothly (and ensuring we stay on the tax man’s good side!).
